Yoghurt & vanilla ice cream

Yoghurt & vanilla ice cream
375 ml yoghurt
175 ml whipping cream
90 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
Beat the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks almost form. Fold in the yoghurt and combine well with the cream. Then place the mixture in the ice cream machine and prepare according to the instructions.
Alternatively, freeze the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally to achieve a creamy consistency.
