Yoghurt salad dressing
Ingredients
150 g yoghurt
2 tbsp. lemon juice or white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sunflower oil
A bunch of herbs (chives, dill, basil, parsley)
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Wash the herbs and chop in the blender.
Add the yoghurt, lemon juice/white wine vinegar, oil and seasoning and blend briefly.
Season to taste and serve.

TIP: the dressing tastes even better with home-made yoghurt from the yoghurt maker.
