Vegetable chips

Like potato chips - only healthier!
Vegetable chips
Ingredients
Beetroot
Carrots
Parsnips
Celery
and/or courgette
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt
Preparation
Clean and peel the vegetables, cut into strips, rub with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place in the air fryer and cook for approx. 15-17 minutes at 200 °C.
Turn the strips after 8 minutes and cook for a further 7 minutes.

Tip for the celery: use celery salt to season instead of normal salt. This makes the celery sticks even more aromatic.
