Vanilla iced coffee
Ingredients
75 ml espresso
75 ml vanilla milk/soya milk to taste
1 tbsp. agave syrup
150 g ice cream
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in the blender. Start the blender at level 1 and increase gradually to level 8. Blend until everything is mixed thoroughly. Use the tamper to press down the contents during the blending process as necessary.
Garnish
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to taste and enjoy immediately.
