Vanilla cones

Vanilla cones
250 g flour
250 g sugar
125 g melted butter
250 ml water
1 egg
1 sachet vanilla pudding powder
Bring the vanilla pudding powder, water and sugar to the boil. Stir all the pudding mixture into the flour with a hand mixer on the highest speed setting. Add the egg and stir in the melted butter. This should result in a thick batter; if not, add another 50-100 ml lukewarm water, stirring continuously. Spoon the batter into the wafer/cone maker and bake. Roll the baked wafers into cones or small rolls.
They taste delicious with whipped cream and chocolate ice cream.
