Tomato salsa

Tomato salsa
Makes 150–200 g
4 (plum) tomatoes, halved
2 tsp. coriander
2 spring onions, halved
Juice of half a lemon
½ a chilli
½ a red pepper
Place all the ingredients in the blender.
Press the pulse button until everything is well blended - press only briefly for a chunky salsa and longer for a finer salsa.
