Vanilla yoghurt

Ingredients: 

For the yoghurt:
1 L whole milk
1 starter culture

For the vanilla:
3 sachets of vanilla sugar
½ vanilla pod

Preparation: 

Vanilla:
Slit open the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
Divide the seeds equally among the glasses.

Yoghurt:
Gently blend the milk with the starter culture, and then add the vanilla sugar.
Put the mixture into the glasses.

Place the glasses in the SEVERIN yoghurt maker.

For a stronger vanilla flavour:
Bring the milk to the boil with the vanilla pod in. Allow the milk cool down before further processing.
