Sweet pancakes
4 eggs
250 g flour
250 ml milk
2 apples
3 bananas
Strawberry or chocolate sauce
250 g ice cream
Mix the ingredients to form a smooth batter. Remove the batter from the refrigerator in time for dessert and serve. The batter can now be baked on the grilling stone or in the pans of a raclette grill. Top with apples and bananas as desired. After baking, the pancakes are drizzled with strawberry sauce and served with delicious ice cream - the perfect sweet treat to round off a culinary diverse raclette evening!
