Spicy olive dip
Ingredients
Makes 150–200 g
200 g stoneless green olives
1 pickled & grilled pepper
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 anchovy fillets in oil, drained, as desired
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix at level 1 until a paste forms.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
