Ginger-Banana Lassi


10 g fresh ginger
250 g bananas
300 g yoghurt (3.5%)
2 tsp. honey
500 ml mineral water


Peel the ginger and grate it finely. Peel the banana, chop it coarsely and place it in the blender along with the yoghurt and honey. Finely purée the mixture and pour in the mineral water.
