2 small containers of quark
150 g sugar
1 tsp. butter
2 eggs
4 tsp. white flour
50 g sultanas
½ tsp. vanilla from the pod
½ tsp. salt
150 g sour cream


Mix the quark together with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Separate both eggs and add the yolks to the mixture along with the butter, salt and vanilla. Add the flour and sultanas and knead the mixture into a thick batter.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them carefully into the batter. Select the “cake” function in the display and bake the pudding for the specified period. Afterward allow the baking mould to cool for 10 minutes and then serve it on a plate. Before serving, garnish with sour cream or marmalade.
