Filet skewers with yogurt dip


  • 600-900 g pork fillet
  • 3-5 spring onions.
  • 3 bell peppers (eg red and yellow)
  • 12 fresh bay leaves
  • 4-5 tbsp oil
  • white pepper
  • salt
  • Sugar
  • 450 g full-fat yogurt
  • ground peel and juice of an untreated lemon
  • a splash of Tabasco
  • 12 skewers


Wash the fillets, dry them and cut into thick slices. Clean and wash the spring onion and cut the white parts in larger pieces. Clean and wash the bell peppers and cut them in pieces. Put the meat, pieces of spring onion, bell pepper and bay-leaves on the skewers. Mix oil and pepper and soak the skewers briefly in the mixture. Grill for about 10-12 minutes on the pre-heated electric grill, turn frequently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
