Refreshing lemon ice cream

Refreshing lemon ice cream
4 organic lemons (200 ml juice)
250 ml culinary cream (for whipping, 19% fat)
200 ml milk
Around 80 g sugar
Squeeze the lemons and place the juice in a bowl.
Add the culinary cream, milk and sugar and stir well.
Then place the mixture in the ice cream machine and prepare according to the instructions.
Place in the freezer for approx. 5 hours before enjoying. Alternatively, freeze the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally to achieve a creamy consistency.
