Raw vegetable salad with honey & mustard dressing
2 carrots
1 cucumber
A bunch of radishes
1 red onion
2 handfuls of green lettuce
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. medium-strength mustard
2 tsp. runny honey
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt, pepper
Using attachment I, cut the cucumber and carrot into spaghetti strings. Clean the knife attachment as required. Drain the cucumber on some kitchen paper briefly. Cut the radishes and onion into slices with a knife. Wash the lettuce, pat dry and place on a large plate. Arrange the vegetables on top. Mix a dressing with the vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, honey, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour in the oil and mix well. Drizzle over the salad.
Serve with a lye pretzel.
