Raclette pans with tortilla chips, jalapeños, raclette cheese
Ingredients
12 slices (approx. 350 g) raclette cheese
150 g red jalapeños or hot peppers
150 g tortilla chips
Oregano
Preparation
Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into pieces. Drain the jalapeños or hot peppers and cut into slices. Place the chips in the pans with the jalapeños. Top with cheese. Gratinate under the hot raclette grill for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish
Garnish with oregano.
