Pesto classico
Makes approx. 400 g
100 g pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
150 ml olive oil
50 g fresh basil
¼ of a bunch of fresh parsley
100 g grated parmesan
Salt & pepper
Place all the ingredients in the blender.
Mix at level 8 for approx. 1 minute until all the ingredients are well blended.
Use the tamper to press down the contents during the blending process as necessary.
