Makes approx. 24 muffins
300 g flour
300 g sugar
150 g butter
70 g dark cocoa powder
6 g baking powder
180 ml full-fat milk
1 g salt
4 eggs
2 g baking soda
100 g dark chocolate
The pulp from a scraped vanilla pod
Using a hand mixer, beat the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla pulp in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients, stirring continuously.
Fill the muffin moulds with batter half way up, and place in the air fryer (7 moulds at a time). Bake in the air fryer at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
