Lemon cones

Lemon cones
100 g margarine or butter
100 g sugar
2 eggs
Lemon zest
200 g flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 of a litre of lukewarm water
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
Using a hand mixer, beat the margarine or butter, sugar and lemon zest until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one after the other, then stir in the sieved flour, mixed with baking powder, and the lukewarm water alternately. Finally add the lemon juice. Bake the batter immediately and roll the baked wafers into cones or small rolls.
The cones are even more lemony with lemon ice cream.
