½ a mango, peeled
¼ of a honeydew or cantaloupe melon,
peeled and de-seeded
¼ of a pineapple, chopped
250 ml unsweetened almond milk
70 g ice cubes
30 g almonds
1 tsbp. chia seeds
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the blender and start the automatic programme for "fruit smoothie".
Enjoy immediately.
