IFA lemonade

IFA lemonade
4 stalks of lemongrass
150 g sugar
A pot of saffron threads
7 oranges
5 lemons
4 limes
1 tsp. lavender blossoms
Ice cubes
Sparkling mineral water or dry sparkling wine
Tap the lemon grass with the back of a knife and cut into pieces. Slowly bring to the boil with sugar and 100 ml water until the sugar has dissolved. Add the lavender blossoms and saffron and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.

Squeeze the oranges, lemons and limes in the citrus press. Mix the juices thoroughly with the lemongrass syrup and pour into bottles.

To serve, shake the lemonade well, pour into glasses with ice and top up with sparkling mineral water or sparkling wine as desired.
