Ice cream

Ice cream
4 egg yolks
125 g sugar
200 ml whipping cream
200 ml full-fat milk
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add the whipping cream and milk, stirring continuously. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Then place the mixture in the ice cream machine and prepare according to the instructions. Alternatively, freeze the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally to achieve a creamy consistency.
Serve with chocolate syrup.
