Honey and mustard vinaigrette

Honey and mustard vinaigrette
2 tsp. mustard, medium hot
2 tsp. honey/agave syrup
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
6 tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper
To start, place all the ingredients except the oil in the milk frother and whisk on the cold setting. Then add the oil and whisk on cold once more. Done!
The perfect accompaniment to lamb’s lettuce with mushrooms, peppers and olives.
