Hazelnut ice cream

Hazelnut ice cream
70 g toasted hazelnuts
125 g sugar
150 ml whipping cream
250 ml full-fat milk
1 egg
Whip the cream until stiff peaks almost form. In another bowl, stir the egg and sugar into the milk. Fold this mixture into the cream. Finally fold in the nuts. Then place the mixture in the ice cream machine and prepare according to the instructions.
Alternatively, freeze the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally to achieve a creamy consistency.
