Frozen yoghurt
Ingredients
600 g natural yoghurt (3.5% fat)
60-80 g sugar to taste
1/4 a tsp. of salt
Preparation
Mix the yoghurt with the sugar and salt and prepare in the ice cream machine according to the instructions. Alternatively, freeze the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally to achieve a creamy consistency.
Garnish
As soon as the yoghurt mixture has turned into ice cream, serve with a selection of toppings.
