Frikandels wrapped in puff pastry
Ingredients
1 packet of fresh ready-made puff pastry
4 frozen frikandels
Curry ketchup
Mayonnaise
Deep-fried onions
Preparation
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into suitably sized squares/rectangles.
Place one frozen frikandel on each square and top with ketchup, mayo and deep-fried onions to taste.
Roll up the pastry, brush the edges with water using a Silicone brush and press down firmly.
Make a slit on top of the pastry roll (see image) and place in the air fryer. Fry the frikandels at 180 °C for approx. 18 minutes. Serve with chips.
