Filled vegan nougat wafers

Filled vegan nougat wafers
To make the batter:
100 ml coffee
100 ml water
150 g flour
20 g sugar
40 ml oil
To make the filling:
30 g vegan margarine
45 g vegan nougat
60 g dark chocolate
To make the wafer batter, mix all the ingredients to a smooth consistency using a hand mixer and leave to rest for around 15 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the margarine, nougat and chocolate in a water bath. Keep the mixture warm.
Pre-heat the wafer/cone maker and brush the baking surfaces with oil (re-oil as required, depending on the amount of wafers you are making).
Then place 1 tbsp. of the mixture on the lower baking surface, close the appliance and bake.
Spread a thin layer of the warm chocolate mixture on top, top with the next wafer and repeat this process to obtain the desired amount of layers.
Leave the wafers to cool so the chocolate mixture can set and the layers stick together.
