Espresso martini

Espresso martini
1 espresso
30 ml vodka
30 ml Frangelico liqueur
6 ice cubes
5 g sugar
1/2 a Gianduiotto chocolate praline
100 ml cappuccino milk
Prepare an espresso with the fully-automatic coffee machine and add sugar. Place the ice cubes, sweetened coffee, vodka and Frangelico liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour the contents into a martini glass with plenty of panache!
For extra extravagance, halve a Gianduiotto chocolate praline, cutting it so that it can be balanced on the edge of the glass. Prepare cold milk froth, place a little scoopful on top of the cocktail and decorate with a couple of coffee beans.
