Crêpe batter

Crêpe batter
250g wheat flour
6 eggs
50g butter (liquid)
500ml milk
To start, melt the butter carefully in the microwave/saucepan and leave to cool slightly. Add the eggs and beat until fluffy with a hand mixer. Then add the milk and continue to mix everything until fluffy. Sieve in the flour very gradually and continue to stir. Sweeten the batter as desired, or garnish with sweet toppings after baking. Finally, cook the batter in the crêpes maker or in a frying pan, and garnish with the toppings.
