Courgette gratin
Ingredients
2 courgettes
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
4 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tbsp. oil
Pepper
Preparation
Pre-heat the air fryer to 180 °C. Then halve the courgette lengthways and halve again down the middle to yield 8 pieces of courgette.
Mix the parsley, breadcrumbs, cheese and oil and season with pepper. Spread the mixture over the courgettes. Place the filled courgettes in the air fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes.
