White chocolate fondue

White chocolate fondue
4 passion fruit
200 ml coconut milk
400 g white chocolate
50 g butter
3 tbsp. coconut liqueur
Fruit (as desired)
Halve the passion fruit, remove the flesh and bring to the boil with the coconut milk. Chop the chocolate.

Sieve the fruit and coconut mixture, pressing down firmly with the back of a spoon to drain as much liquid as possible, and re-heat. Add the chopped chocolate and butter and melt in the mixture gradually, stirring continuously. Add coconut liqueur to taste. Pour into the fondue pot and heat gently to keep warm.

Using the fondue forks, dip your choice of fruit into the chocolate and enjoy.
