Courgette spaghetti
Ingredients
Two large courgettes
Yoghurt
Puréed tomatoes
Fresh tomatoes
Seasoning
Preparation
Cut the courgettes into noodles using the “Mr. Twister” and the correct attachment, and boil in salted water for 2 minutes until al dente. Place 100 ml of puréed tomatoes and 3 tbsp. of yoghurt in a small saucepan, season to taste and pour over the courgettes. Garnish with fresh tomatoes and basil.
