Grilled pork neck
360 g pork neck
1 tsp. seasoned
crushed pepper
1 tbsp. rapeseed oil
Iodised salt
Rinse the pork neck, pat dry and cut into 4 pieces. Then pound lightly and season with crushed mixed pepper. Brush with rapeseed oil and grill. Finally, salt to taste and serve with barbecue sauce. Tastes delicious with grilled vegetables and potatoes and a herb quark dip.
