Herb vinaigrette

The spicy dressing for every occasion
Herb vinaigrette
¼ of a bunch of chives
¼ of a bunch of basil without stalks
¼ of a bunch of coriander without stalks
2 garlic cloves
1 shallot
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
50 ml red wine vinegar
450 ml olive oil
Sea salt & ground pepper
Agave nectar to taste
Place all ingredients in the blender apart from the oil, salt and pepper and mix at level 3 for 1 minute. While blending, pour the oil in through the opening for the measuring cup. Season to taste with salt and pepper and agave nectar, if desired.
