Coconut ice cream

For that Caribbean holiday feeling at home.
Coconut ice cream
200 ml cream
200 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. grated coconut
Mix all the ingredients together and place in the ice cream machine.
The ice cream will be ready after approx. 30 minutes - and is guaranteed to refresh you! Alternatively, freeze the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally to achieve a creamy consistency.
