Fruity, low-fat milkshake
500 ml cool low-fat milk
2 bananas
1 apple
4 tbsp. fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pour the milk, bananas, berry mixture and lemon juice into the blender. If you are using frozen berries, allow them to thaw a bit. Purée everything and add a little sugar as desired to taste.
