Caesar salad dressing

Caesar salad dressing
1 peeled garlic clove
2 eggs
50 ml lemon juice
100 g grated parmesan
½ a tsp. salt
½ a tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 level tsp. sugar
Season with salt & pepper
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix at level 1 for 30 seconds.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and with lemon juice as desired. The dressing will keep for several days if placed in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
