Berry & mint juice
100 g strawberries
100 g raspberries
2 sprigs of mint
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
500 ml apple juice
Wash the berries and reserve 2 strawberries and 6 raspberries. Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalk and reserve 2. Purée the berries, mint and sugar in the blender and add the lemon and apple juice. Halve the remaining strawberries and thread onto 2 wooden skewers with the raspberries. Place ice cubes in 2 glasses (2 in each glass), pour in the drink, top with the skewers and garnish with mint.
