Asian salad with soy & sesame dressing
Ingredients for 2 servings
1 cucumber
2 carrots
30 ml soy sauce
½ a garlic clove
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. sesame oil
½ a tsp. fresh grated ginger
A little lemon juice
A little chilli sauce
1 tsp. sesame, coriander and
chilli flakes to garnish
Using attachment I, cut the cucumber and carrot into spirals. Clean the knife attachment as required. Mix the dressing from the remaining ingredients and pour over the spirals.
Garnish with chopped coriander, sesame and chilli flakes.
