Chocolate ice cream

Chocolate temptation!
Chocolate ice cream
200 g cream
200 ml milk
100 g dark chocolate
85 g sugar
3 egg yolks
Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a saucepan. Add the milk and heat the chocolate, stirring continuously, until a smooth mixture forms. Then remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy, stir in the chocolate milk and return to the pan. Stirring continuously, thicken the resulting cream over a low heat and pour into a bowl. Leave to cool, stirring occasionally.
Beat the cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form, and fold it into the chocolate mixture.
Then place the mixture in the ice cream machine and prepare according to the instructions. Depending on how creamy you like it, place the finished ice cream mixture in the freezer for a couple of hours and stir occasionally.

Alternatively, freeze the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally to achieve a creamy consistency.
