Chocolate cones
Ingredients
3 eggs
50 g icing sugar
100 g flour
30 g peeled and grated almonds
2 tbsp. grated chocolate
Preparation
Using a hand mixer, beat the eggs and icing sugar until stiff peaks are formed. Spoon the sieved flour, the almonds and the grated chocolate into the mixture. Pour the batter into the wafer/cone maker immediately and bake. Roll the baked wafers into cones or small rolls.
