Caramelised popcorn (brown sugar)

Sweet, crunchy popcorn.
Caramelised popcorn (brown sugar)
1 measuring cup of popcorn
140 g brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
30 g butter
A pinch of salt
A pinch of baking soda
Start by preparing the popcorn in the popcorn maker according to the instructions.
Then add sugar, honey, butter and salt to a pan and heat, stirring, until smooth.
Add the baking soda, stir and pour the thickened mixture over the popcorn.
Stir the popcorn immediately, spread out on baking paper, separate and leave to cool.
