Banana ice cream

Banana ice cream
300 g ripe, peeled bananas
Juice of half a lemon
115 g sugar
5 g vanilla sugar
150 ml whipping cream
50 ml full-fat milk
Purée the bananas with the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Stir the whipping cream and milk into the purée, mixing thoroughly. Then place the mixture in the ice cream machine and prepare according to the instructions. Alternatively, freeze the ice cream mixture in the freezer for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally to achieve a creamy consistency.
