Banana chai
Ingredients
4 frozen bananas
450 ml milk or coconut water
115 g ice cream
½ a tsp. ground cinnamon
½ a tsp. ground turmeric
¼ of a tsp. ground cardamom
¼ of a tsp. ground ginger
½ a tsp. ground star anise
A pinch of sea salt
Preparation
Allow bananas to defrost a little, cut into thick pieces, place in the blender with all the other ingredients and start the automatic programme for "fruit smoothie".
Enjoy immediately.
