Apple pancakes

Ingredients
125 g flour
2 eggs
125 ml milk
2 tsp. sugar
A pinch of salt
250 g apples
Some oil for frying
A little icing sugar

Preparation
To start, place the flour, eggs, milk, sugar and salt in a small bowl and mix with a fork. Cut the apples into slices or small pieces. Then place the flour mixture in the milk frother and whisk on the cold setting for approx. 1 minute.
Then place 1-2 tbsp. of oil in a frying pan, add half of the apple and pour the batter over the top. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides before dusting with icing sugar.
