Potato dumplings in ham-leek sauce (microwave)
Ingredients:
- 750 g dough (dumpling dough)
- 1 stick of leek
- 100 g ham
- 100 g cheese (Emmental, grated)
- 1 carton of cream
- pepper
- Italian herbs
How to make Potato dumplings in ham-leek sauce (microwave)
Form little round dumplings from the dough and place then in a dish suitable for microwave use. Cut the leek into rings and spread over the dumplings. Spread the finely-chopped ham over the leek. Season with coarse pepper and Italian herbs. Add the Emmental cheese and pour the cream over the dish. The cooking time is 15 minutes at 600 W in the microwave.
