Yogurt-vanilla ice cream

Ingredients:

  • 375 ml yogurt
  • 175 ml cream
  • 90 g sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar

How to make Yogurt-vanilla ice cream

Beat the cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl until almost stiff. Fold in the yogurt and blend well with the cream. Switch on the ice-maker and pour the mix through the lid opening into the ice-cream container.
