Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 125 g sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml full-cream milk
How to make Ice cream
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a bowl until foamy. Stir in the cream and milk and mix thoroughly. Switch on the ice-maker and pour the mix through the lid opening into the ice-cream container
