Hazelnut ice cream
Ingredients:
- 70g roasted hazelnuts
- 125g sugar
- 150ml cream
- 250ml full-cream milk
- 1 egg
How to make Hazelnut ice cream
Beat the cream until almost stiff. Mix the egg and the sugar into the milk in a separate bowl. Fold the mix into the cream before finally adding the nuts. Switch on the ice-maker and pour the mix through the lid opening into the ice-cream container
