Saltimbocca skewers
Ingredients:
- 600-900 g pork fillet
- 16 cocktail tomatoes
- 16 sage leaves
- 16 thin narrow strips of streaky bacon
- 125 g garlic butter
- 2 herbal-butter baguettes from the refrigerated shelf (around 175 g each)
How to make Saltimbocca skewers
Wash the pork fillets, pat them dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Wash the cocktail tomatoes and sage leaves. Wrap the files pieces with streaky bacon and put on the skewer, alternating with cocktail tomatoes and sage; leave on the grill until golden-brown. Place the herb-butter baguettes into the oven, according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the garlic butter in slices and let them melt over the saltimbocca skewers.
