How to make Saddle-of-pork pepper steak
Rinse the meat well under tap water, pat it dry and use crushed pepper on both sides to season. Brush some rape seed oil on the grill plate and place the meat slices on the grill. Season with salt. Clean the bell peppers, remove the seeds, wash and cut into pieces. Season lightly with salt and place on the grill. Clean the zucchini and the radishes and shred or slice them finely. Sort the salads, wash, dry and mix together with the zucchini and the radishes. Prepare a dressing from the balsamic and fruit vinegars, the seed oil, iodine salt and pepper. Refine with chopped chive reels and finely chopped parsley. Use the dressing for the salad. Arrange the salad on a plate, add the steaks and the pieces of bell pepper. This dish goes nicely with garlic baguette.
